NGCSU won a three game series versus Augusta State 2 to 1 on April 17 and defeated West Georgia (5-4) as well.
With the wins, North Georgia, ranked 17th nationally in Division II, improves to 30-14 overall this season. The series versus Augusta State also marked the end of the PBC regular season; the Saints finished 15-9.
